The OregonServes Commission may apply for and accept grants, contributions and assistance from any federal, state or local government agency and any foundation, individual or organization for the purposes of:

1. (1) Performing commission duties under ORS 660.515;
2. (2) Implementing programs and policies necessary to carry out the duties, functions and powers of the commission; or
3. (3) Assisting residents and public and private entities in implementing commission programs and policies.
