- (1) All proceedings relating to the issuance, revocation, suspension, renewal or refusal to renew a license to act as a labor contractor shall be conducted under ORS chapter 183.
- (2) All rules of the Bureau of Labor and Industries under ORS 658.405 to 658.511 shall be issued in compliance with ORS chapter 183.
