Application of Administrative Procedures Act

(1) All proceedings under ORS 653.010 to 653.261 shall be conducted in compliance with ORS chapter 183.
(2) All rules of the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries under ORS 653.010 to 653.261 shall be issued in compliance with ORS chapter 183.
