Or. Rev. Stat. § 651.010 – Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:

(1) “Bureau” means the Bureau of Labor and Industries.
(2) “Commissioner” means the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries.
