- (1) ORS 646.608 (1)(ddd), 646A.100 to 646A.110 and 646A.112 apply only to persons who engage in the retail sale of merchandise in the regular course of their business.
- (2) ORS 646.608 (1)(ddd), 646A.100 to 646A.110 and 646A.112 do not apply to public officials acting within the scope of their duties as public officials.
