- (1) A certificate attached to a copy of a document filed by the Secretary of State, bearing the Secretary of State’s signature, which may be in facsimile, is conclusive evidence that the original document, or a facsimile thereof, is on file with the Office of the Secretary of State.
- (2) The provisions of ORS 56.110 apply to all documents filed pursuant to ORS 554.005 to 554.340, 554.420, 554.440 and 554.510 to 554.590.
