Or. Rev. Stat. § 526.375 – Fire protection cost offset

(1) In each biennium, the State Forestry Department shall apply an offset against the annual costs of fire protection provided by the department for forestland that is:
1. (a) Classified as Class 3 under ORS 526.324; and
2. (b) Located within a forest protection district.
(2) The department shall apply the offset equally to each acre of forestland subject to the offset.

Note: 526.375 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 526 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
