§ 508.285. License fees (future operative version)

1. (1) The fee for each license required by this chapter is as follows:

   1. (a) Resident boat license for a vessel less than 50 feet in length, $424.
   2. (b) Nonresident boat license for a vessel less than 50 feet in length, $485.
   3. (c) Resident boat license for a vessel 50 feet in length or more, $485.
   4. (d) Nonresident boat license for a vessel 50 feet in length or more, $545.
   5. (e) Resident commercial fishing license, $122.
   6. (f) Nonresident commercial fishing license, $182.
   7. (g) Commercial fishing license for resident persons 18 years of age or younger, $30.
   8. (h) Resident commercial bait fishing license, $152.
   9. (i) Nonresident commercial bait fishing license, $212.
   10. (j) Fish buyer license, $333.
   11. (k) Fish bait dealer license, $152.
   12. (L) Food fish canner license, $605.
   13. (m) Shellfish canner license, $605.
   14. (n) Resident single delivery license, $152.
   15. (o) Nonresident single delivery license, $212.
   16. (p) Wholesale fish dealer license, $605.
2. (2) As used in this section, “resident” means a person who has resided in this state at least 12 consecutive months immediately prior to the date of making application for a license.
