Or. Rev. Stat. § 477.491 – Assignments of property to wildfire hazard zones null and void

(1) As used in this section, “order” has the meaning given that term in ORS 183.310.
(2) An order issued by the State Forestry Department under ORS 477.490 (2023 Edition) that assigns property to a wildfire hazard zone is null and void.
