Or. Rev. Stat. § 475A.498 – Use of psilocybin product allowed only at service center and only under facilitator supervision

A client may purchase, possess, and consume a psilocybin product:

(1) Only at a psilocybin service center; and
(2) Only under the supervision of a psilocybin service facilitator.

Note: As originally enacted by the people, the leadline to ORS 475A.498 read “Prohibition against purchasing, possessing, and consuming a psilocybin product outside a psilocybin service center.” The leadline was changed by editorial action.
