As used in ORS 468B.080:

1. (1) “Buildings or structures” includes but is not limited to floating buildings and structures, houseboats, moorages, marinas, or any boat used as such.
2. (2) “Garbage” means putrescible animal and vegetable wastes resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking and serving of food.
3. (3) “Sewage” means human excreta as well as kitchen, bath and laundry wastes.
