Definitions for ORS 459.315 to 459.330

As used in ORS 459.315 to 459.330:

(1) “Committee” means a local citizens advisory committee established under ORS 459.320.
(2) “Permittee” means a person operating a regional disposal site under a permit issued under ORS 459.245.
