Costs to operate the manufactured dwelling site information clearinghouse shall be collected from:
- (1) A registration fee;
- (2) A user fee; or
- (3) Any other available federal, state, local or private funding source designed to support the formation or operation of a manufactured dwelling site information clearinghouse.
