1. (1) Any civil penalty under ORS 446.348 shall be imposed in the manner provided in ORS 183.745.
2. (2) Failure to remit civil penalty within 10 days after the order becomes final is grounds for license revocation.
3. (3) All amounts recovered under this section shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to the General Fund.
