Or. Rev. Stat. § 431A.358 – Performance of lead-based paint activities and renovation without certification prohibited

(1) An individual may not perform or offer to perform lead-based paint activities unless the individual is certified as provided under ORS 431A.355.
(2) A firm may not perform or offer to perform a renovation for compensation unless the firm is certified as provided under ORS 431A.355.
(3) A firm may not perform or offer to perform lead-based paint activities unless the firm is certified as provided under ORS 431A.355.
