Or. Rev. Stat. § 423.010 – Definitions for ORS 423.010 to 423.070

As used in ORS 423.010 to 423.070, unless the context requires otherwise:

(1) “Department” means the Department of Corrections.
(2) “Department of Corrections institutions” has the meaning given that term in ORS 421.005.
(3) “Director” means the Director of the Department of Corrections.
