As used in ORS 419C.411, 419C.522 to 419C.527 and 419C.529 to 419C.542:

1. (1) “Conditional release” includes but is not limited to the monitoring of mental and physical health treatment.

2. (2) “Qualifying mental disorder” does not include an abnormality:

   1. (a) Manifested only by repeated criminal or otherwise antisocial conduct;
   2. (b) Constituting solely a personality disorder; or
   3. (c) Constituting solely a conduct disorder.

3. (3) “Serious mental condition” means a condition that requires supervision and treatment services for the safety of others and is:

   1. (a) A mental illness of major depression;
   2. (b) A mental illness of bipolar disorder; or
   3. (c) A mental illness of psychotic disorder.
