Or. Rev. Stat. § 419A.118 – Records; disclosure of findings and recommendations

The local citizen review board shall keep accurate records and retain these records on file. The local citizen review board shall send copies of its written findings and recommendations to the following:

(1) The court;
(2) The Department of Human Services; and
(3) Other participants in the review.
