Anyone participating in a case review by a local citizen review board shall have:
- (1) Immunity from any liability, civil or criminal, for defamation for statements made in good faith by the participant, orally or in writing, in the course of such case review.
- (2) The same immunity with respect to participating in any judicial proceeding resulting from the review or recommendation of a local board to the juvenile court.
