Family support services may include but are not limited to:

1. (1) Family support consultation;
2. (2) Information and referral;
3. (3) Financial assistance;
4. (4) Emergency and outreach services; and

5. (5) Individual and family centered assistance, including but not limited to:

   1. (a) Purchase of special equipment;
   2. (b) Respite care;
   3. (c) Recreation;
   4. (d) Transportation;
   5. (e) Special dietary needs;
   6. (f) Dependent care;
   7. (g) Medical services;
   8. (h) Housing modification;
   9. (i) Counseling; and
   10. (j) Support groups.
