The Department of Human Services shall report to each odd-numbered year regular session of the Legislative Assembly on the status and efficacy of:

1. (1) The domestic violence identification process under ORS 412.072;
2. (2) Emergency assistance utilization for victims of domestic violence; and
3. (3) Domestic violence training for department staff, information sharing and evaluation.
