1. (1) The Oregon Health Authority shall provide an annual report on the revenue generated by the tax imposed under ORS 403.200 (1)(b) to the Legislative Assembly and the Federal Communications Commission.
2. (2) A local government may not impose a tax, fee or surcharge on telecommunications services for 9-8-8 services.
