As used in ORS 403.300 to 403.380, unless the context requires otherwise:

1. (1) “District” means a 9-1-1 communications district formed under ORS 403.300 to 403.380.
2. (2) “District board” or “board” means the governing body of a district.
3. (3) “9-1-1 jurisdiction” has the meaning given that term in ORS 403.105.
4. (4) “Public or private safety agency” has the meaning given that term in ORS 403.105.
