Or. Rev. Stat. § 399.430 – Absence without leave considered resignation

(1) Any officer who absents self without leave for 60 days shall be considered to have resigned, and the vacancy shall be announced in appropriate orders.
(2) Any officer who is absent without leave from annual active duty training shall be considered to have resigned, and the vacancy shall be announced in appropriate orders.
