As used in ORS 390.930 to 390.940:

1. (1) “Managing agencies” includes:

   1. (a) State Parks and Recreation Department;
   2. (b) State Department of Fish and Wildlife;
   3. (c) Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Indian Reservation;
   4. (d) State Marine Board;
   5. (e) Sherman, Wasco and Jefferson Counties;
   6. (f) Oregon State Police;
   7. (g) United States Bureau of Land Management;
   8. (h) United States Bureau of Indian Affairs; and
   9. (i) The City of Maupin.
2. (2) “Recreation area” means the Deschutes River Scenic Waterway Recreation Area created under ORS 390.932.
