- (1) As used in this section, “classified school employee” includes all employees of a school district in a position represented by a collective bargaining unit, except those for whom a teaching or administrative license is required as a basis for employment in a school district.
- (2) A classified school employee shall have the right to be dismissed, demoted or disciplined only for just cause.
- (3) School district employees subject to the civil service provisions of ORS 242.310 to 242.640 are exempt from the provisions of this section.
