- (1) Subject to any applicable provisions of the Oregon Constitution and the State Personnel Relations Law, the Director of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall appoint a State Printer. The State Printer shall be paid out of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services Operating Fund as provided in ORS 282.110.
- (2) Subject to any applicable provisions of the Oregon Constitution, the director shall establish qualifications, duties and a job description for the State Printer.
