Or. Rev. Stat. § 276.587 – Control through State Court Administrator; contract for operation

(1) The Supreme Court, acting through the State Court Administrator, shall exercise control over the use of the Supreme Court Building.
(2) The State Court Administrator may enter into a contract with the Oregon Department of Administrative Services to provide for insurance, operating, maintenance and security services for the Supreme Court Building.
