Civil penalty procedure; disposition of penalties

(1) Any civil penalty under ORS 244.350 or 244.360 shall be imposed in the manner prescribed by ORS 183.745.
(2) All penalties recovered under ORS 244.350 and 244.360 shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to the General Fund.
