- (1) As used in this section, “railroad company” has the meaning given that term in ORS 824.200.
- (2) If a railroad-highway crossing provides or will provide the only access to land that is the subject of an application for a land use decision or a limited land use decision, the applicant must indicate that fact in the application submitted to the decision maker.
- (3) The decision maker shall provide notice to the Department of Transportation and the railroad company whenever the decision maker receives the information described under subsection (2) of this section.
