Or. Rev. Stat. § 144.410 – Definitions for ORS 144.410 to 144.525

As used in ORS 144.410 to 144.525, unless the context requires otherwise:

(1) “Director” means the Director of the Department of Corrections.
(2) “Department” means the Department of Corrections.
(3) “Department of Corrections institutions” has the meaning found in ORS 421.005.
