- (1) As used in this section, “treatment court” has the meaning given that term in ORS 137.680.
- (2) An individual may not be denied entry into a treatment court in this state solely for the reason that the individual is taking, or intends to take, medication prescribed by a licensed health care practitioner for the treatment of drug abuse or dependency.
