Disposition of fees

[Amended by 1959 c.85 §1]

(1) All moneys received by the Secretary of State under ORS 108.510 shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the General Fund.
(2) Any funds remaining in the Community Property Revocations Account are hereby transferred to the credit of the General Fund.
