Or. Rev. Stat. § 107.835
(1) When a court enters a judgment, order or modification of a judgment or order under ORS 163.760 to 163.777 or ORS chapter 25, 107, 108, 109 or 110, the court shall allow any party to the judgment or order to include in the judgment or order a waiver of personal service in a subsequent contempt proceeding in order to maintain the confidentiality of the party’s residential address. In the waiver, the party shall give a contact address for service of process and select one of the following methods of substituted service:
