  1. (1) The Malheur County Industrial Area was approved by the ERRC as a designated RSIA on January 28, 2015.

  2. (2) The Malheur County Park Industrial Area located in the cities of Ontario, Nyssa, and Vale consists of 1021.79 acres and is comprised of the following parcel acres:

    1. (a) There are 1 parcels at the Wada Industrial Site, as follows: Industrial Site 1 — Wada Industrial Site:
