2. (2) The North Coast Business Park Industrial Area located in the City of Warrenton, consists of 162 acres and is comprised of the following parcel acres: The 2 parcels at the designated area are as follows:

      2. (B) Address —Township: 8, Range: 10, Section: 27, Tax Lot: 206.

   2. (b) Tax Lot — 207.

      1. (A) Acres — 151.5.
      2. (B) Address —Township: 8, Range: 10, Section: 27, Tax Lot: 207.
