1. (1) OEI shall maintain records related to reports of alleged discrimination and harassment including data on the:

   1. (a) Number of reports received.
   2. (b) Types of discrimination or harassment alleged.
   3. (c) Location of the alleged discrimination.
   4. (d) Resolution status of individual reports.
   5. (e) Number of requests for reconsideration.
2. (2) OEI shall establish reporting standards for designees.
3. (3) OEI shall retain all collected reporting records for at least three years.
