1. (1) Foundations and tie-downs for permanently-sited prefabricated structures shall be designed according to the requirements of the Oregon Structural Specialty Code or the Oregon One and Two Family Dwelling Specialty Code.

2. (2) Foundations and tie-downs for temporary, portable or removable prefabricated structures shall be designed according to the manufacturer’s installation instruction which shall be based on the requirements of the Oregon Structural Specialty Code or the Oregon One and Two Family Dwelling Specialty Code.
