1. (1) All manufactured dwelling manufacturers who are located in or who ship into Oregon must register with the division.
2. (2) Manufacturing facility registration must be renewed by January 1 of each year by complying with the renewal notice sent by the division.

3. (3) A current copy of each manufacturing facility’s Quality Assurance Manual, Installation Manual, Home Owner’s Manual, and Warranty Provisions must accompany each application for registration and renewal.
