1. (1) Only minor repairs may be performed under a minor repair permit. Minor repairs include, but are not limited to, the non-welded replacement of the following:

   1. (a) Low water cut-off;
   2. (b) Pressure relief valve;
   3. (c) Safety valve;
   4. (d) Safety switch;
   5. (e) Rupture disc;
   6. (f) High pressure or temperature limit;
   7. (g) Low pressure or temperature limit;
   8. (h) Fuel train component;
   9. (i) Flame detector;
   10. (j) Flame safeguard;
   11. (k) Heat exchanger element; and
   12. (l) Burner components.
2. (2) Nothing in this rule prohibits purchasing an installation permit to ensure that a minor repair will be individually inspected.
3. (3) A minor repair permit is not required for minor repairs made to pressure vessels containing liquefied petroleum gas that are under the jurisdiction of the State Fire Marshal.
