Hot water supply storage tanks heated by steam or any indirect means not exceeding any of the following are exempt from ORS 480.510 to 480.665:

1. (1) A water temperature of 210°F;
2. (2) A nominal water containing capacity of 120 gallons; or
3. (3) A maximum working pressure of 150 pounds per square inch gauge pressure.
