As used in OAR chapter 918, unless the context requires otherwise:

1. (1) “Administrator” means the Administrator of the Building Codes Division.
2. (2) “Department” means the Department of Consumer and Business Services.
3. (3) “Division” means the Building Codes Division.
4. (4) “Model Rules” means the Attorney General’s Model Rules of Procedure as adopted in OAR 918-001-0010.
