1. (1) By June 1 of each year, all rate-regulated water utilities having an affiliated interest transaction occurring during the period from January 1 through December 31 of the immediately preceding year must file an Affiliated Interest Report using the form available at http://www.puc.state.or.us/Pages/Information-for-Water-Utility-Companies.aspx.
2. (2) As used in this rule, "affiliated interest transactions" means transactions between affiliated interests as defined by ORS 757.015.
3. (3) The report must be filed electronically with the Commission's Filing Center at puc.filingcenter@state.or.us.
