1. (1) The Adult Panel of the Board will hold administrative meetings to consider matters relating to Board policy and administration. Generally, these administrative meetings are held on a quarterly basis unless there is business that warrants meeting more or less frequently.
2. (2) The agenda for administrative meetings will be developed by the Executive Director and the Chairperson(s) prior to the meeting. Public notice will be given in accordance with the Public Meetings Law.
