The following are grounds for discipline:
(1) Continuing to practice as an Intern when one of the following has occurred:
- (a) Dismissal from the Doctor of Pharmacy degree program enrolled in to obtain the Intern license; or
- (b) Failure to maintain an active Intern license; or
- (2) Any other grounds found in ORS 689.405.
