In accordance with federal regulations, the Board maintains a CNA Registry. The Registry contains:

1. (1) Identifying demographic information on each CNA;
2. (2) Date of initial and most recent certification;
3. (3) Board sanctions against a CNA certificate; and
4. (4) Findings of resident abuse, neglect or misappropriation of resident property, made by the Department of Human Services against a CNA.
