1. (1) The Model Rules for Contested Cases of the Attorney General under the Administrative Procedures Act in effect, January 1, 2019, and all amendments thereto are hereby adopted by reference as the rules of the State Board of Nursing.

2. (2) Contested case hearings are closed to members of the public who are not parties or representatives of the parties in the proceedings.
