1. (1) The EMS Advisory Committee must:

   1. (a) Review requests for additions, amendments, or deletions to the scope of practice for emergency medical services providers, and recommend to the Board changes to the scope of practice.
   2. (b) Recommend requirements and duties of supervising physicians of emergency medical services providers; and
   3. (c) Recommend physician nominations for the State EMS Committee.
2. (2) All actions of the EMS Advisory Committee are subject to review and approval by the Board.
