1. (1) A licensee must remove any sign, display, or advertisement if the Commission finds it violates these rules.
2. (2) The Commission will notify the licensee and specify a reasonable time period for the licensee to remove any sign, display, or advertisement that the Commission finds objectionable.
3. (3) Violations. A violation of this rule is a Category V violation.
