1. (1) “Cannabinoid topical” means a cannabinoid product intended to be applied to skin or hair.
2. (2) “Food” means a raw, cooked, or processed edible substance, or ingredient used or intended for use or for sale in whole or in part for human consumption, chewing gum, and includes beverages.
